
From the moment you enquire, your personalised floral journey begins. This is were we take the time to get to know you, your style, and the atmosphere you want to create for your day. We explore your ideas, gather inspiration images, and establish a clear floral design.

Next, we’ll work closely together to create a detailed quote outlining your florals, the investment, and the overall aesthetic you've chosen. Once you’re happy to proceed, a deposit is required within 7 days to secure your date and confirm Love Fleur as your florist.

Around six weeks before your event, we will check in to confirm all of your floral details. Four weeks out, you’ll receive your personalised floral design proposal, which will include your colour palette, mood board, selected blooms and items, and your final invoice. If needed, we can also create a digital mock-up to help you visualise your florals.

Finally, the big day arrives! Your personal florals will be delivered that morning, gorgeously presented and finished with delicate details. From there, all delivery and on-site setup of florals and styling is taken care of by Love Fleur, with everything placed exactly as planned to reflect your overall floral vision.
